2025 Spring Conference Information
April 11-12, 2025

The 2025 Ohio Academy of History Conference will be held in three buildings on the Kent Campus. We will have registration on Friday, 1-5 pm, outside of 133 Bowman Hall (850 University Esplanade, Kent, OH 44242). Follow signs.
All sessions (Friday and Saturday) will be in Bowman Hall. Follow signs.
Friday evening events will be in Rockwell Hall (515 Hilltop Drive, Kent, OH 44242), home of Kent State’s School of Fashion Design and Merchandising and the Kent State University Museum. The Distinguished Historian’s talk will be in the Murphy Auditorium, Second Floor, from 6:30-7:30 pm. Reception will follow in the Fashion Museum foyer, First Floor.
On Saturday, we will hold registration and continental breakfast/coffee outside of 133 Bowman Hall, 8-11 am. All panels are in Bowman. Follow signs.
The OAH Luncheon will be in the Ballroom Balcony of the Kent Student Center (1075 Risman Drive, Kent, OH 44242), Third Floor. Follow signs.

The May 4 Visitors Center (300 Midway Drive, Kent, OH 44242) is open on Friday, 9 am-5 pm, and Saturday 1-5 pm.

Parking on campus: Conference attendees can park in the R-7 lot outside of Bowman Hall on Friday and Saturday. There is ample visitor parking in the R-1 lot outside of Rockwell Hall for the Friday evening events.
